Chutnaze by Tommy Sandhu

Chutnaze was created by broadcaster and comedian, Tommy Sandhu.

Born in East London with Panjabi origins from both India and Pakistan, Tommy has been raised around flavours, cultures and cooking methods that combine a variety of South Asian techniques with Western taste buds!

“I first combined my mums chilli and tomato chutney with mayonnaise for a sandwich made out of Christmas leftovers. I realised I’d stumbled upon something hugely authentic with a new, modern twist.”

Tommy worked on several versions over 5 years until his expert team helped fine tune the balance of flavours to the perfect ratio.
